Refund Policy

Safer Workforce Training gladlyaccepts online payment via most major debit and credit cards for public training course, corporate courses, and workshop bookings via our website  Alternatively, we will invoice and accept payment via BACS or pay by link.  In making such bookings clients accept our refund, cancellation and substitution policy.

For debit and credit card payments, course fees are payable in full at the time of booking.  Places on courses arranged by Safer Workforce Training are strictly limited.  Upon receipt of your order and payment your place will be confirmed.

For payments on invoice, we require 100% of the booking fee to be paid immediately on registration, and no later than two weeks before the start of the course.

Cancellation charges are applicable in all cases.  We regret this necessity; however all bookings involve administrative costs and it is difficult to fill spaces made vacant by late cancellations.

Cancellation charges depend on when the written cancellation notice is received.  Cancellations and any changes to your original booking must be made in writing to Safer Workforce Training .

A full refund will be given only if more than 6 weeks€™ notice is given of cancellation, see below for refund rates:

·        Over 6 weeks€™ cancellation notice:  Full refund

·        2-6 weeks cancellation notice:  50% refund

·        Less than 14 days cancellation notice:  No refund unless in exceptional circumstances to be determined by Safer Workforce Training in its absolute discretion.

Alternatively, a substitute delegate can be named at any time before the event.  There will be no extra surcharge for making a substitution.

No refund will be payable for non-attendance or if no prior notice of cancellation is given.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Safer Workforce Training  to change the content and timing of the event, the date, venue and/or instructor.  Safer Workforce Training  reserves the right to cancel an event up to and including the date of the event if insufficient bookings have been received.  We will strive to give as much notice as possible in such an event.  In all cases, people who have registered to attend a cancelled course will be given the option of a full refund or of rescheduling to a future course date but Safer Workforce Training  disclaims any further liability.

Where applicable; Joining Instruction and/or tickets will be issued within 6 weeks prior to the event.
